Returns & Exchanges

At EcovibbC, if you're not completely satisfed with your order, I am here to help with easy returns, refunds, and

exchanges. Please read the policy below for details.

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 14days of after receiving the deliveryparcel.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Earrings, hair accessories, or any personal-use items can not be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Sale or clearance items are fnal sale and not eligible for return.

How to Return an Item

1.Contact me at lnurlaela843@outlook.co.id with your order number and reason for return.

2.I will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.

3.Ship the item back to me. Note that return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4.Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 3 business days.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• Refunds may take 3 business daysto appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our end (e.g.,incorrect or defective item).

Exchanges

If you need a diferent size, color, or product:

1.Follow the return process above and mention that you’d like an exchange.

2.If the desired item is in stock, we’ll ship it to you once we receive your return.

3.If the item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact mewithin 7 days of receiving your order with

photos of the issue. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and quality standards, the following items can not be returned or exchanged:

• Earrings and pierced jewelry
• Hair accessories (e.g., headbands, hair clips)
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Sale or clearance items
